Last updated: 31 August 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how WeCanReach collects, uses and protects your personal information when you contact us, request a quote or use our services.

WeCanReach is a trading name of Mersey Property Care Partnership.

1. Information We Collect
When you contact us or request a quote, we may collect information such as:

– your name;
– postcode or property address;
– telephone number;
– email address, if provided;
– information about your property and the service you require;
– details of any problems or concerns you tell us about;
– photographs you choose to send or upload; and
– any other information you provide when communicating with us.

Our website quote form sends the information you provide directly to us by email. We do not currently use the website form to create customer accounts or take online payments.

2. How We Use Your Information
We use your personal information to:

– respond to enquiries and provide quotations;
– arrange and carry out services;
– communicate with you about your booking or work at your property;
– provide reports, invoices or other information relating to our services;
– maintain appropriate business and financial records; and
– deal with questions, complaints or disputes.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Our Lawful Basis for Using Your Information
Under UK data protection law, we need a lawful basis for using your personal information.
We normally process information you provide when requesting a quote or booking a service because it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, or to perform our contract with you.
We may also process certain information where necessary to comply with legal obligations, such as keeping appropriate financial and tax records.
Where appropriate, we may process information where it is necessary for our legitimate business interests, for example to manage customer enquiries, maintain records and deal with disputes, provided those interests do not override your rights and interests.

4. Photographs
You may choose to provide photographs of your property when requesting a quote or discussing work with us.
We use these photographs to understand the property, assess access or the work required, prepare a quotation, or provide the requested service.
Please avoid including people or other unnecessary personal information in photographs where possible.
We will not use photographs you provide for advertising, social media or other promotional purposes without an appropriate basis for doing so.

5. Who We Share Your Information With
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
We may use trusted service providers where necessary to operate our business, such as website hosting, email, banking, payment processing or IT service providers. These providers may process personal information on our behalf or as independent organisations where necessary to provide their services.
We may also disclose information where required by law or where reasonably necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

6. Payments
We do not currently take payments through the WeCanReach website.
Customers may pay us by bank transfer after work has been completed.
Some customers using our window cleaning service may pay through GoCardless. Where GoCardless is used, payment information is processed in accordance with GoCardless’s own privacy practices.

7. How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and to meet any legal, accounting or business requirements.
Information relating to completed work, payments and invoices may need to be retained for longer where required for tax, accounting or legal purposes.
Enquiries and quotations that do not result in work will be deleted when they are no longer reasonably required.

8. Cookies and Website Data
Our website may use cookies that are necessary for the website to function correctly.
We do not currently use advertising pixels or website analytics tools to track visitors for advertising or marketing purposes.
If we introduce analytics, advertising technologies or other non-essential cookies in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and, where required, ask for your consent before those cookies are used.

9. Third-Party Content
We may in the future include links to or content from third-party services such as YouTube or Facebook.
Third-party websites and services have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they process information when you use their services.
If we introduce embedded content that collects information or uses non-essential cookies, we will update our website and cookie arrangements as necessary.

10. How We Protect Your Information
We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information we hold against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure.
However, no method of transmitting or storing information electronically can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

11. Your Data Protection Rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law may give you rights in relation to your personal information, including the right to:

– ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
– ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
– ask us to delete your personal information in certain circumstances;
